This is one simple production line, used to make sawdust into charcoal briquette.

Easy operate, everyone can operate them.

1.Hammer mill crusher ---Make wood,branch,logs,rice husk, wheat husk,coconut shell,  tree bark,stalk,

straw etc into sawdust, powder.

2.Drum dryer ---It is mainly composed of barrel, supporting device, and make the actuator, end seal parts, etc.Drum dryer body is slightly tilted and rotary drum body, support device is composed of a hoop of cylinder, wheel, gear wheel of three parts.The whole barrel weight through a hoop is passed to the roller, the roller ring rolling on the wheel, catch wheel block cylinder axial channeling dynamic role.

3. wood pellet briquette machine---The product have high quality motor and the independent distribution device.low power consumption,stable performance.

The mould of different shapes and diameters can be chosen, and the length of finished products can be adjusted according to customer requirements

4.Hanging type carbonization furnace- And this model stove consists of main furnace (outer stove), carbon basket (inner stove), and fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.
